Cancel a booking

If a guest calls you to cancel a booking and you are away from the office, then you will be able through the app to open availability when it is needed.

Today Arrivals

Click on the button Show oday Arrivals to see he guests arriving today.

Show the list of all properties you have in your account.

Choose the Property you want to see.

See multi room calendar. Be able to see at once the availability from all the rooms in one property.

Choose a date from the multi room calendar and you will be directed to the single room calendar. Single room calendar show prices and availability.

Add booking button.

You can add a booking while you are on the road. Add the guests Name, Email, Mobile No, Check-in and Check-out dates, Number of Adults, Number of Children and Notes.

Bookings made in the Application will synchronize in your Calendar and close availability with a Confirmed booking.
